Pleos Connect is Hyundai Motor Group’s next-generation in-vehicle infotainment system, designed to turn the car into a connected digital environment, akin to our smartphones.
Built on a Android Automotive OS foundation, it delivers a fast and intuitive app-based experience with multi-window functionality, AI voice interaction and seamless connection to the devices we use every day.
At its core is a unified user profile (Pleos ID), enabling personalisation across vehicles and services.. Combined with over-the-air updates, Pleos Connect allows the in-car experience to keep evolving long after the vehicle leaves the factory.
More than infotainment, Pleos Connect is a key part of Hyundai’s shift toward software-defined vehicles, where the car becomes a platform for services, content, and continuous improvement.
Pleos Connect will roll out from 2026 across next-generation Hyundai Motor Group vehicles, starting with the soon-to-be-released IONIQ 3 followed by further models. like the updated TUCSON and SANTA FE.
Designed to scale globally while supporting strong regional ecosystems, Pleos Connect ensures services, content and experiences remain relevant to local markets.
In Europe, this rollout is led by Hyundai Connected Mobility.

We are responsible for shaping, adapting and scaling the platform for European markets, ensuring it reflects how people live, drive and connect in over forty distinct markets.
This includes developing and integrating region-specific services and apps, partnering with European mobility, media and technology providers, ensuring compliance with local regulations and data standards, and adapting the experience for diverse languages, cultures and use cases.

Through our developer framework, partners can develop and integrate apps for Pleos Connect, access in-vehicle capabilities and APIs, reach a growing European user base and distribute services through the Pleos App Market.
